We build our machines ourselves
We are not only an ammunition maker — we are machine builders. The line our rounds are made on was drawn, built, commissioned and programmed in house. When a new operation is needed, we add it.
Design
Every machine is drawn from scratch in 3D CAD — feeders, turret heads, dosing units and inspection stations.
Part making
Critical parts are machined to our own drawings, to tolerances we specify and measure ourselves.
Electronics & sensors
Sensors are selected — and designed — around what has to be measured, not around what a catalogue offers.
Software
Control and evaluation run on our own code. The logic decides on every single round in real time.
From model to working line
Before the first part is cut, the whole machine exists as a model — kinematics, collisions, feeder reach and sensor placement. We know what the machine will do before it turns once.
Every round gets its own diagnostics
Eight specialised, partly self-designed sensors measure 73 parameters on every single piece — overall length, bullet geometry, concentricity, squareness, primer seating, case surface and weight. Our software turns that into a real-time PASS or FAIL. Anything that fails is rejected on the line.
